There's lots of ways to try and deal with internet trolls but there might not be any as effective as how Joe Rogan dealt with one in 2011, making him tap out.
Most people know Rogan either for his commentary on UFC or his podcast interviews on the 'Joe Rogan Experience' but the man with a mic is also a dab hand on the mat.
Rogan is a black belt in jiu-jitsu so when a troll called him out on MySpace in 2011 he showed up at training and forced the guy to tap out, amazing stuff.
Speaking on the podcast the UFC commentator said, "They're a real problem. You know why? Because they're f*****g fun. They're [addictive], I have a real problem with them. You do them, and they're real exciting, but you don't get anywhere.
"You could be doing something exciting and fun, or you could just be playing f*****g video games.
"Three years later, you could just be that same kid, just playing video games, waiting for the next whatever the f**k game is... and you're gonna waste your time."
UFC 4 was announced last month, during the Fight Island show headlined by Kamaru Usman vs Jorge Masvidal, and instead of Rogan on comms it'll be Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik calling the action.
Explaining why he hates doing the comms for the game on the 'Joe Rogan Experience' in 2016, the host said, "Dude we did a f**kload of hours. It was hours and hours and hours."
Whatever you think of Rogan's views on gaming and on working hard to be on commentary for the next game, it's certainly best if you don't question him about it online, he might make you tap out!
