Star Wars' Luke Skywalker and Star Trek's Jean-Luc Picard are two of science-fiction's most famous protagonists, and fans have wondered for decades what it would be like if the two of them had met up.
It wouldn't happen in an official capacity nowadays since it's unlikely the franchise owners would ever agree, so having Mark Hamill and Patrick Stewart confront each other over the pronunciation of tomatoes is probably the best we'll get.
The legendary actors have been brought together by the power of advertising, coming face-to-face in a new promo for delivery service Uber Eats.

The pair trade some smack talk, before getting confused about one of Hamill's comebacks.
Uber Eats shared the ad on Twitter this week with the caption: "Name a more iconic duo than @hamillhimself and @sirpatstew, we’ll wait!"
Outside of his biggest role, Hamill is known for flexing his comedy muscles.
His Joker is as hilarious as he is terrifying, and he made a wonderful appearance as Jim the Vampire in this year's What We Do in the Shadows season 2. Sadly, he wasn't allowed to pinch Jim's luxurious cape, but they did let him keep a few mementos of his time.
