A seven-game win streak wasn’t enough to boost Texas A&M into the College Football Playoff, as the selection committee announced Sunday that A&M would remain at No. 5 in the final CFP rankings of the year.

Several current and former A&M players, as well as some coaches, have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment and disbelief at the final rankings.

All of these SEC teams that are “MEDIOCRE” in the media’s eyes would run the table in some of these other leagues. Only a few teams out of the SEC can really play in the SEC.
