A Melbourne teenager has been banned from flying with Australia's three biggest airlines after she 'joked' on social media about committing a terrorist attack.
The woman, 19, was boarding a flight from Melbourne to Queensland last week when she posted a 'joke' on video sharing platform TikTok.
The video sparked multiple calls by viewers to the National Security Hotline, along with a rapid response from Australia Federal Police in partnership with their Victoria and Queensland counterparts.

The AFP announced on Wednesday the woman has since been banned from flying with Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar.
A spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia no charges were laid and police inquiries into the incident are now finalised.
She was unable to clarify which Queensland airport the woman was travelling to.
The incident has prompted police to issue a stern public warning.

'Regardless of intent, jokes about committing a terrorist attack and airline security are never a laughing matter and may have unintended consequences,' AFP said in a statement.
'Anyone with information about extremist activity or possible threats to the community should come forward, no matter how small or insignificant you may think the information may be.'
The National Security Hotline is 1800 123 400.
While investigations have been finalised, the incident prompted a stern warning from police
