Those wins, combined with the Los Angeles Rams’ upset win over the Seattle Seahawks set a third date between these two teams. The Buccaneers and Saints will face off in New Orleans this weekend.
It’s the third matchup between these two teams after New Orleans swept the regular season series. Star quarterbacks Tom Brady and Dew Brees will face off once again in their storied careers as well.
When the game kicks off, the future Hall of Fame quarterbacks will set an NFL record for the oldest combined age between starting quarterbacks.
In honor of their historic matchup, Tom Brady released a hilarious photo on Twitter. He and Brees can be seen in their advanced age with the game debuting on the History Channel.

Brady, 43, and Brees, who turns 42 later this week, have been doing this for a long time. Unfortunately one of them will have to lose this weekend.
New Orleans took down Tampa Bay in the season opener by a final score of 34-23. Just a few weeks later, the Saints put an even bigger beatdown on the Buccaneers, winning by a final score of 38-3.
Of course, anything can happen in the playoffs.
Tampa Bay and New Orleans kick off at 6:40 p.m. ET on Sunday.
