Quarantine isn't good for many things — shopping, eating at restaurants, seeing friends, for example — but it is excellent for one thing in particular: making babies.
And it seems that in the nearly four months since COVID-19 shut down large parts of the US, quite a lot of couples have conceived of a fun way to keep busy.
Now these couples are announcing their pregnancies to the world, and they've found clever and topical ways to spread the news.
In coronavirus-themed pregnancy announcements on social media, parents-to-be are joking about their social distancing fails, 'testing positive' for something much more joyous than the virus, and using just masks and gloves for 'protection.'
Funny moms and dads in the making are using letterboards and onesies to announce the results of their 'quarantine and chill,' forecasting quite a few new babies set to be born in December and January.
